Time for some first impressions… I’ve been in Mexico City a few hours now and have been sampling some of the local delicacies: beers and tacos, spicy meats and sauces… all of which ever so tasty… The city seems really colorful and lively (and I’ve only seen it by night so far) and a couple of Floras friends have been showing me around.

I’m now preparing for my first day out on the town, hopefully the market, the Zocalo (central square) and the “torre latinoamericana”, a 44 storey building with a perfect view on the town. Photos to come soon…
